Problem:

Abend Running Batch Load with TLAPSE date prior to Inception of Surplus SAIR

Solution:
When a lapse transaction is created on the inward cession and it results in reversals on all existing transactions after the lapse:

No automatic reversals on the linked outward transactions will be created

When the RPO is run after the lapse and reversals are created on the inward cession
When the date of lapse on the inward cession falls within the effective date of a transaction on the outward cession a full recapture transaction will be created on the linked outward cession transaction as per the lapse transaction on the inward cession. All transactions after the full recapture transaction will be reversed with the ACIs and the retroceded date on the lapse- full recapture transaction and the reversals on the inward and outward transactions will be set.

When there is an outward cession benefit that has a new business transaction that is later than the date of lapse on the inward, this new business outward cession should get corresponding transaction of Cancelled from Inception and all subsequent transactions should get a corresponding reversal transactions with the ACIs reversed with the same As of Date as the original transaction and the retroceded date will be set on all the transactions
When the inward cession is reinstated:

The inward cession should be reinstated as per the date of lapse as per existing functionality

When the RPO is run after the reinstatement transaction:

The linked outward cession that has the full recapture transaction will be reinstated as per existing functionality

The linked outward cession with the status Cancelled from Inception will remain unaffected by the RPO

When there is a subsequent transaction on the inward cessions immediately after the reinstatement and the RPO is run:

The corresponding transaction as per the inward cession transaction will be created on the linked outward cession that has the reinstatement transaction

When the transaction on the inward cession has a sum at risk that needs to be retroceded and there is no linked outward cession or there is only an inactive outward cession that has been cancelled from inception, a new outward cession with a new business transaction will be created and it will be linked to the inward cession transaction
