Problem:
Multi GAAP Accounting Order produces incorrect result in some situations.

• Incorrect Occurrence year split when option "Occurrence Year Reallocation of Accruals" is selected, previous accruals are split by multiple Occurrence Years and the New total should only be booked on one Occurrence Year
• When option Accumulated AC split on Accruals are selected on Order, result is incorrect in some situations.
