[SICSR-14975] Abend when delete more than 1 insured peril

Problem:

The system abends if removing all peril cessions existing on a contract simultaneously.  The abend occurs only if starting the removal from the top of the list.

Solution:

If removing all existing peril cessions without selecting OK in between each removal, the system should not abend. The system should remove them all.  This should be the case regardless of starting the removal from the top of the list and removing the next, or from the bottom.

Workaround:

Peril Cession list:
If you start the removal from the bottom of the list instead of the top, you can remove all peril cessions in the list before selecting OK without abend.
