Problem:
When responding no to confirmation message CM0391 (no limits recorded) when creating a new adjustment from claim ledger, the system still opens the claim worksheet.

Solution:
When responding no to CM0391, the worksheet window should not open.

Workaround:
Close the worksheet window, without adding bookings
