Problem:
Online Statistics - Inception Date per Stat Screen not correct

Solution:
On the Online Statistics, when selecting to "Convert to currency", and the user selects Day Rate, Daily Rate and finally Inception in the 3 drop downs, and press Recalculate, make sure the system do the conversion of the details on the ledger by using the exchange rate found on the From Date of the Insured Period each detail belongs to.
