Problem:
When "Last Complete Booking Year Mass Update" open and a business select, "Transfer" is not selected from popup menu.

Solution:
When the Add Business is selected from the Last Complete Booking Year Mass Update window so that the Find Business window opens, make sure that the popup menu option Transfer is enabled as soon as one or more businesses are highlighted, and that the highlighted business(es) are transferred back to the Last Complete Booking Year Mass Update window when it is selected.
Make also sure that the same happens when the user double click on a business on the Find Business window.
Also make sure that the following menu options are disabled on the Find Business window when it is opened from the Last Complete Booking Year Mass Update window; Copy to New Business, New and Underwriting Overview. Only Properties and Transfer should be enabled.

Workaround:
Workaround is to highlight the business(es) on the Find Business window, when access from the Last Complete Booking Year Mass Update window, and just close the Find Business window, then the highlighted businesses are automatically transferred to the Last Complete Booking Year Mass Update window.
