[SICSR-15480] “Inactivated Currency” Error on FGU (Message CM0570)

Problem: When creating an FGU advisory which does not result in any adjustments, and selecting Create Worksheet, the system incorrectly throws error CM0570 Inactive Currency.

Solution:
When the advisory does not result in any adjustments, only option Create Worksheet With Zero Adjustment should be enabled, and CM0570 should only be thrown when the currency used in the booking has been inactivated in Currency table.

Workaround:
Select Create Worksheet with zero adjustments instead
