Problem:
Not able to register Reinstatement transaction on Group Cession.
Solution: 
The Data Calculation Schedule should not be considered for validations in any transaction other than the New Business transaction on a cession benefit. All the details from the termination transaction should be copied to the reinstatement transaction without any validation
