Problem:
Retrocession Cession Order run does not create any technical worksheet on the subject OCC.
Solution:
The Retrocession cession order should create the worksheets irrespective of the system parameter AC defaulted to Main Benefit Covered AND/ OR the search priority on the Benefits Covered
When the order is not able to allocate a default Accounting classification to the bookings on the worksheet, the worksheet should be created with bookings that do not have the AC defaulted, and remain in an open status
