[SICSR-15562] Business Ledger Sums All Unsettled Amounts to Zero

Problem:
The Business Ledger field Sum All Unsettled Amounts is always Zero by default.

Solution:
Make a new User Preferences option on the Accounting page, within the My Accounting Preferences part (e.g. below the field Default Business Ledger tab), named "Automatic calculate Sum All Unsettled Amounts on Business Ledger". The tick box should be unticked as default.
When the user select this new tick box and open the Account Balances tab on the Business Ledger, make sure the Calculate button is hidden and the Sum All Unsettled Amounts are calculated automatically, i.e. the same functionality as before we introduced the Calculate button should apply.

Workaround:
Press the Calculate button to have the Sum All Unsettled Amounts calculated.

Root Cause:
We added the Calculation button on the business ledger in 4.7 according to SICSR-8842 because of heavy performance issues on the ledger with big data.
