Problem:
Mandatory Retro Bookings Detail Link not working.
No validation error is given when a manually booking is made on an outward business (OCC/ORP) without linking the details to the Insured Period of the Assumed Business protected by the outward business. This is required when system parameter 'Mandatory Retro Booking Detail Link' is active.

Solution:
When system parameter Accounting/Miscellaneous 'Mandatory Retro Booking Details Link' is active, system must give an error message when making a booking on a technical worksheet for an OCC/ORP and no source business insured period has been linked to the detail.
(If the system parameter 'Auto Link When Only One Protected Business' is active and the OCC/ORP is protected by only one source business, system is automatically linking the details entered on the technical worksheet)
