Problem:
Qualifiers not considered for calculation of ACI when the Ceded flag is not selected and the system parameter SAIR is selected.

Solution: 
When the ceded flag is not selected on the cession ( The flag will be available only when the system parameter Sum at Risk Standalone Retrocessions Only is selected:
Any additional classifications or User Defined fields that are part of the Lookup Table should be considered as qualifiers and when the qualifier value is selected should be used to calculate the ACIs as per the attached table.
