Problem:
When user opens a claim from the recent list without having performed a full refresh, and another user in the meantime has changed the transfer to ledger flag, the claim worksheet applies the "original" transfer information, and worksheet can be closed with incorrect flag. There is also no error that object has changed when closing the worksheet with previous transfer information.

Solution:
The system must read transfer to ledger flag information from database - and not require a refresh - when
1) Opening section specific tab of a claim
2) Creating a new adjustment on the claim
When opening an existing open/unfi worksheet, the transfer to ledger information must be displayed as it was when worksheet was initially created.

Do a refresh
