[SICSR-15899] crash opening emessage with Outstanding Claim Processing Option -> Reverse Latest Loss Reserve

Problem:
We have imported and validated messages but for 3 of them we are getting a crash when trying to open them via the Find eMessaging
Investigating I can see that many previous bookings were not generated by EDI or eMessaging and that they inherit a date of 1793-01-01 00:00:00 which cannot be compared with the creation date (2018-06-23 19:18:05.000) of the emessage linked to the worksheet.

Solution:
System should not abend but rather should default the creationDate / booking date to the earliest possible timestamp (correct type) as per Outstanding Claim Processing Option -> Reverse Accumulated Loss Reserver
