[SICSR-16010] Create claim worksheet from FGU does not default AC

Problem:
The Accounting Classification is not created/defaulted automatically when creating FGU worksheets, although only one AC can be generated, and it is created and defaulted on a manual claim worksheet.

Solution:
When only a single combination of classification items is possible, the AC should both be created automatically, and defaulted on the worksheet, regardless of whether this worksheet has manual or FGU origin.

Workaround:
Define AC on insured period prior to booking.
