[SICSR-16052] Abend when incorrect UMR reference instead of message No matches found

Problem:
When searching for Business using Business Identifier of type Unique Market Reference and no match is found then the system abends on databases / interfaces that do not trap IN (NULL)

Solution:
If no contract is matched via Unique Market Reference then the system should not abend.
