Problem:
Unearned Premium Reserve Order creates UPR details with incorrect Orig Book Year and Orig Book Per

Solution:
Make sure Orig Book Year and Orig Book Per on the UPR details are set equal to the Booking Year and Period on the source Premium booking. If Orig Book Year and Orig Book Per is also populated on the source Premium, this should be used to populate the same fields on the UPR details.
