Problem:
Crash running Note Reference Repair with Dangling note references to be cleared on SQL Server

Solution:
Note Reference Repair with Dangling note references to be cleared should work properly and generate valid SQL for UPDATE on SQL Server

Workaround:
Could view SQL from walkback and correct the SQL adding quotes around the identifiers of in clause and execute the SQL
