Problem:
Mismatched base companies - business v. ledger balance - for bookings created by the Occurrence Year Allocation of Losses order when the base company has changed between insured periods.

Correction:
When running the Occurrence Year Allocation of Losses order, make sure the system keeps the Base Company from the Insured Period the booking details refers to. Additional, the system must split the balance per Insured Period in case the Base Company is different per Insured Period.
