Problem:
Placement completed message not showing if placement added via Intermediary -via broker
Solution:
When the signed share of all the placements on the OCC is 100% - whether the placements have been set either directly OR through an intermediary - the message ‘BS0225 – Confirm – Total Signed Share is 100, which is considered to be 100 % (The tolerance rage is 99,99999 -100,000). Do you want to set Placement Complete to Yes? should always appear
Whenever the placements are 100%- - whether the placements have been set either directly OR through an intermediary - and the user selects the option 'Check for Placement Complete' the same message as above should appear
