[SICSR-16326] Resolving Method not reflected correctly for Acct Validation Error

Problem:
1. We have SICS Condition with Tax on Premium Original amount setup.
2. The message does not show any bookings for Premium Tax -> eMessaging throws an error (correct)
3. We have overridden only the error for Tax on Premium on Accounting Validation Rules Tab
-> The Resolving Method Tab shows "Undetermined" instead of "Override", which is not correct

Solution:
The matching of error messages for accounting validation rules should use a less specific pattern that encompases all such errors.
' validation rule <' will cover both cases.

Workaround:

Root Cause:
Some accounting validation rules start with text 'The validation rule <' and some start with 'The accounting validation rule <'
The system is only matching on the former.

Extent of Impact:
Errors on accounting validation rules that are overridden with text 'The validation rule <'
