[SICSR-16330] resolving Method not consistent for Acct Validation Errors

Problem:
In case we have more than one Worksheet Validation Errors and we only override one of them via Accounting Validation Rules Tab, "process" the message
(which will still go to error due to the unresolved other Worksheet Validation Errors), the Resolving Method shows "Override" for all Worksheet Validation
Errors instead only for the one I have resolved. This is not consistent.
Example:
1. We had two Worksheet Validation Errors: one for Commission, one for Brokerage.
2. We have overridden only the error for Commission on Accounting Validation Rules Tab. The error for Brokerage we have not touched yet.
-> The Resolving Method shows "Override" for both. I would have expected Resolving Method "Override" for Commission and no entry for Brokerage on this
Tab yet because the Error for Brokerage is still unresolved.

Solution:
When recording a Resolved Problem (especially for the case with a single problem that has multiple descriptions / error messages) then the problems must be stored as a single problem with a single description error message in order to have its own Resolution Method.

Workaround:

Root Cause:
Problems are recorded on rules and those problems may have multiple error messages / descriptions. This is fine for the current problems but each error message / description (in the case of accounting problems) may have differing resolution methods. in this case as there is a single problem / resolution method then the resolution of override cannot be set for a single error message / description.

Extent of Impact:
Accounting validation rules where there are problems on multiple rules with differing settings for Override on those rules.
