Problem:
Once a message gets processed, the Error Message Detail disappears! The issue occurs in an inconsistent way, it can happen as follows:
1. The Error Message Detail disppears immediately after having processed the Message in TECSNT02
2. The Error Message Detail is still available after having processed the Message in TECSNT02. However, if we check the same message on another day, the Error Message Detail has disappeared as well!
3. The Error Message Detail is still available after having processed the Message in TECSNT02 and remains avaialble
This issue is critical as we should be able to check what the error and its respective details were also on later stage
Solution:
Solved Problems should retain the problem Error Message and Field details from the original problem.
