[SICSR-9669] Reporting Unit - Error displaying new RU

Problem:
Reporting Units Management - Error displaying new RU, list is not automatically refreshed.

Solution:
When new Reporting Unit leaves are added in the Reporting Units Management, make sure they 1) are sorted correctly under the Leaves on the left side and 2) appears in the Details list on the right side when you highlights the Leaves item on the left side. This should be done immediately without making a system refresh.

Workaround:
Do a system refresh to have new reporting units displayed.
