Problem:
Inconsistency about case sensitivity in "Cession Loader"
Solution:
Irrespective of the case in the input file the values in the fields Cedent Ref Number on the claim, Cedent Cession Number and Policy Number on the Cession should be converted to upper case (similar to the Insurable Object Identifier)
2.When there is more than one record with same value in the fields Cedent Ref Number on the claim, Cedent Cession Number and Policy Number, Insurable Object Identifier, Proposal Number the case should be ignored and it should be considered as the same object by the cession loader.
3.For all referencing purposes the cession loader should be case insensitive
4.Any free text fields such as IO name, UDF fields, GS Identifier fields should be case insensitive and should not be updated with the new value when the input file has the same text, but in a different case - eg: The Insurable Object alternative names should not be updated with the same name, but when it appears in a different case.
5.On the underwriting cession the Proposal Number should always be converted to upper case irrespective of the case as input (manually)
