Problem:
Classification reference Items removed from the selection for generation of sections are still included in the sections generated.

Solution:
Deselected items should not be included in generated sections.

Workaround:
Remove items from generated sections that had been removed from original selection.

Root Cause:
SICSR-187 - No Copy of Peril to Child when Child Sections Created
