Problem:
System do not reject booking linked incorrect HLL if the DoL is outside the IP and wrong message display.

Solution:
When a HLL is assigned to a detail on the technical worksheet the system should check the Date of Loss on the HLL, if it is inside or outside the actual Insured Period for the detail.
If it is inside the IP, then no further validation of the DoL is necessary.
But if it is OUTSIDE the system can still accept this HLL if either the Loss Entry Calculation Method OR the Loss Withdrawal Calculation Method on the portfolio conditions is defined with a value other than <None>.
If both of the Calculation Method values on the Loss tab are <None> or if there are no PF conditions defined at all, then the validation message AC0249 should be presented.
