[SICSR-15073] Wrong Premium when Exclude From Pro Rata Premium Calculation

Problem:
When the system parameters has been set up to stop pro rata calculation of premium amounts in the premium and limit conditions, the system does correctly not recalculate the effective period premiums. If however asking to see the premium for the whole insured period, it becomes different than before.

Solution:
When selecting the Insured Period radio button, the system should not show the double of the Premium of the last Effective Period premium. It should instead show the Effective Period Premiums of all the effective periods added together.
