Problem:
Rule Post Booking Review-Claims Booked but No Premium fired even though premium has been booked

Solution:
When the PBR "Claim booked but no premium" is executed for a worksheet with Paid Claims booked make sure the system does not report this worksheet if there exists Premium booked with the same Business, Underwriting Year and Accounting Classification, independent of currency, i.e. check if there are premium bookings in ALL currencies.
