Problem:
In some cases a 0 Reinstatement Booking is generated rather than the message stating that nothing is generated
Suggested Solution:
If the amount to be booked is zero then no RIP entry should be made - this test should handle the case where there is a minor precision difference from zero due to division calculations.
Workaround:
Delete the booking if no required.
Root Cause:
Calculation of amounts resulting in a minor precision difference from zero.
