Problem:
Abend when processing a record with the Yearly Annuity Amount in the cession loader

Solution:
When the Limits are defined as 'All amounts as Present Values' the cession loader should follow the online functionlaity and apply the Autocover limits validation to the amount in the Present Value field that is either input or calculated
