Problem:
Abend on business due to null values on the selection and deselection system parameter Use Additional Classification as MCOB
Solution:
When the system parameter 'Use Additional Classification as MCOB' is NOT selected the value in the field should be defaulted to None and no other option should be allowed for selection

When the system parameter is selected, the value None should not be available for selection and the user should be forced to select a specific additional classification

When the system parameter is deselected (after an additional classification is selected and saved) then the value should default back to None.

Null values and exceptions caused due to null values in this field should be prevented.
