Problem:
It is possible to delink a single treaty protection from the assumed business it protects, if the assumed business has gone through life cycle status changes.

Solution:
It should not be possible to delink a single treaty protection from the protected assumed business. This should be the case also when the single treaty outward cedent’s contract protects the assumed business at multiple life cycle stages.
