[SICSR-15771] Cession Loader - Warning and Informational message is not recorded correctly when there is gap in renewal transaction

Problem:
Incorrect message given by the cession loader when there is a gap in renewal transaction dates
Solution:

When the ceded flag is not on, it should not be possible to renew the cession with missing renewals. So when the transaction effective date is not the next renewal, the confirmation message LCH153 Renewal points exist which have been missed.. do you want to continue? should be by default selected as No and the batch should fail with the confirmation message text as per LCH153

When the ceded flag is selected, the renewals should be processed with the confirmation message handled as Yes.
