[SICSR-16064] eMessaging Information is not always created before making a booking

Problem:
If a contract has a signed share but no eMessaging information then Swap to Share does not create eMessaging Information.
If a worksheet is created by Swap to Worksheet then (if the ApplySignedShareRule is not run) no eMessaging information is created and specific defaults are not applied.

Solution:
When performing swap to worksheet if there is no eMessaging information on the insured period then create it.

Workaround:
If the MessageIndicatorValidationRule has raised an error then before performing Swap to worksheet, check if the IP has an eMessaging Information created and if not
create it.

Manually setting the signed share before processing a message and creating a worksheet via swap to worksheet (ApplySignedShareRule is not executed).
