Problem:
Possible to remove Adjustment in View mode not controlled by Use case

Solution:
In the Premium and Limit conditions, on the Adjustments tab, make sure the pop-up menu options Remove and Remove All in the Adjustments container are both disabled in view mode. These two options should only be enabled in edit mode.
