Problem:
Retrocession Calculation Orders pick up wrong deposit bookings.
Solution:
The reason for why orders are not run in sequence is that a Retrocessionare Participation with unreleased Premium/Loss Deposit should be commuted. The following changes/corrections are required;
1) When manually releasing a Premium/Loss Deposit (option 'Release Selected Bookings' from the Business Ledger, Deposits tab or option 'Release Bookings' + 'Deposits' from menu on the Technical Worksheet), the Original Booking Year/Period (if existing) must be copied from the source detail i.e. the detail being released.
2) When running the Commutation Multi Business Order for an Accounting Year/Period lower/older than the Accounting Year/Period existing on the Retrocessionaire Participation business ledger, system must suppress all Premium/Loss Deposit details with released indicator 'Released'. This will avoid the Premium/Loss Deposit details with an higher/new Accounting Year/Period than on the order being reversed.
