Problem:
Unable to select other ACs

Solution:
On the worksheet, when a Legal Area is selected, we need a way to remove this from the field so that the user can select any of the valid Accounting Classification. The value we need to add is <None>, and when the user select this <None> value, all valid Accounting Classification appears again as if no Legal Area is selected at all.

Workaround:

Root Cause:
It has always been like this, i.e. the Legal Area is meant to be used to filter out the ACs and make available only those with the selected Legal Area. The combination of Accounting Classification with and without Legal Area has always created this problem.
