Problem:
Abend in Cession Upload – blank value in premium frequency on the Agreement Section

Solution: 

The premium calculation frequency on the cession benefit should be picked up from the PM condition of the Section/SoC to which the cession benefit is being created on.

When the calculation frequency on the PM condition is Original, the mapped renewal frequency value should be updated on the cession. When no value is mapped, the error message LCH208 Renewal Frequency is mandatory but not defined should be listed as part of the error message listing for each cession and the cession should not be created
When the calculation frequency is not Original then the mapped values should not be considered and the value from the PM condition should be taken

The cession benefit should follow the renewal frequency as defined on the PM condition to the Section/SoC to which it is linked.
When there is more than one cession benefit on the cession, the cession benefits that are created after the first benefit will always need to follow the same renewal frequency of the cession benefit that was created first.
