Problem:
Payment Partner Bank account disappear as soon as Remittance worksheet is Applied

Correction:
When the user creates a remittance of direction Received, and a Partner's Bank Account has been selected, make sure the selected Bank Account is kept when the user press Apply to save the remittance.
