Problem:
Abend when adding a placement on the OCC through the Copy Placements option

Solution: 

ONLY IN LIFE
When the placements are added to the OCC through the option Copy Placements fROMm other Outwards Cedent’s Contracts, the selected placements from the source OCC should be copied to the target OCC with the same share percentage
Depending on the Life Cycle Status selected while copying, the share on the copied placements should be set. The Signed Share should be set for all Definite Life Cycle Statuses and the Offered Share with the same share percentage being copied from the source OCC. If the copied placement is set wth a status of Pending, the share percentage should be updated as the Offered Share. If the copied placement is set with a status of Informational then the share percentage should be set as 0 under the signed share similar to how it is set when a placement with an informational status is created
