Problem:
Abend on adding manual retrocession in Group cession during renewal

Solution: 

It should be possible to attach an OCC to the renewal period of the Group Cession and define the retroceded percentage. The retrocession will be attached to only the renewed period and be presented for editing the retrocession details during the subsequent renewals of the same group cession
