Problem:
Mandatory Classifications not displaying error, when not defined while creation of a business

Solution:
All the flags as per Classification Rules 2 in the System Parameter-> Base Company settings should be applied to the business
Irrespective of the flag Mandatory set as Yes or No the Reinsurance Product, Benefit Covered and Insurance Product should always be Mandatory on the business
Any other classification value that is marked as Mandatory- Y should be considered mandatory and it should not be possible to create a business for that base company without the value as part of the classifications
