Problem:
System Parameter "Reverse with Re-Calculation" prevents editing open IGC IAB worksheets with FC amounts

Solution:
When trying to manually Close an open IGC IAB worksheet, with FC amounts copied from the source worksheet, because it could not be closed automatically since ACs are missing on the details, the system opens up the Worksheet Closing window. But the option to edit the Worksheet is disabled because of the FC amounts existing. If the system parameter "Reverse with Re-Calculation" is ON, then the option to Reset Functional Amounts is disabled.
Make sure the option Reset Functional Amounts is enabled for an IGC IAB worksheet independent of the Reverse with Re-Calculation parameter.
