Problem:
Method com.SicsNt.www.Business.UpdateInsuredPeriod.setAccountingValidationIndicatorSpecified is not being generated because the element "accountingValidationIndicator" does not have attribute "nillable=true".
Solution:
Set attribute "nillable=true" for accountingValidationIndicator and claimValidationIndicator elements.
