Problem:
Fixed Amount deductions incorrect on the placement cessions
Solution:
When the ACIs are calculated on the OCC as per the rates defined on the respective conditions the ACIs on the placement cessions should be calculated based on the respective share percentages of the placements and not based on the overall retroceded percentage of the OCC
