Problem:
RU field is available for Payment Partner on Remittance even when Payment Partner is NOT Base Company
Solution:
When a remittance is created and the user enter a Payment Partner that is NOT a Base Company, make sure the R.U. field is NOT present. The R.U. field should only be present beside the Payment Partner ONLY when the given partner is a Base Company.
