Problem:
Not possible to view a Plausibility Rule in System Parameters with Read Only access as Use Case for System Administration Update is required.
Solution:
System Administration Update use case should not be required for viewing a Plausibility Rule
Workaround:
Run SQL statement to remove the view process from the update security use case.
DELETE FROM INVO_PATTERN WHERE BP_PATTERN = 'SicsAccountingPlausibilityRuleViewBp'
