Problem:
Claim Accuracy validation for Brokerage on RIP abends if the contract has a Brokerage Condition defined but no element for Brokerage itself (none or something other than brokerage)

Solution:
The rule should test that there is a brokerage condition and if so that it actually contains a brokerage element

Workaround:
If there are no elements in the brokerage condition then delete it, otherwise turn off the claim accuracy validation (at least Brokerage on RIP for such Insured Periods).
