Problem:
Automatic booking of instalments does not take place when Registration Complete is set even if the Exclusion Rule does not exclude this business
Solution:
Make sure the automatic booking of instalments take place when Registration Complete is set when this business is not hit by any of the Exclusion Rules. Also if the only contains elements, e.g. Broker, and the business does not have a Broker defined.
